- What exactly am I buying?
- Research-grade peptide vials supplied for controlled laboratory research only. Every product is strictly not for human consumption or veterinary use.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is guest-only and paid in USDC on the Solana network. When you place an order we show a wallet address and a QR code with the exact amount. The page confirms itself the moment the payment lands on-chain.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You only enter your name, email and delivery address at checkout. Keep your order ID — you can use it on the tracking page.
- Where do you ship?
- Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping is $10 within Australia and $20 to New Zealand.
- Is there a bulk discount?
- Yes. Order 3 or more vials in one purchase and you automatically get 10% off and free shipping. Bacteriostatic water does not count towards the 3 vials.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are packed once the payment is confirmed and sent through Australia Post in discreet bubble mailers. Australian orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days; New Zealand orders take a little longer.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the Track Order page with your order ID and the email you used at checkout to see whether your order is awaiting payment, paid or being processed.
- Are the products tested?
- Every batch has third-party purity documentation. Current results and lab reports are on the Purity Tests page.
- How should vials be stored?
- Keep vials sealed, refrigerated and away from light. Once reconstituted, storage life is shorter — follow standard laboratory handling practice.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- Get in touch at contact@pepcovenant.com as quickly as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be changed.
