Where we ship

Australia and New Zealand only. Orders with any other delivery country are declined at checkout.

Rates

Australia: $10 AUD flat. New Zealand: $20 AUD flat.

Order 3 or more qualifying vials in one purchase and shipping is free, plus 10% off the order. Bacteriostatic water does not count towards the 3 vials.

Dispatch times

Orders are packed once the USDC payment is confirmed on-chain, usually within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are packed the next business day.

Delivery times

Australian orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. New Zealand orders typically take 5–12 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Packaging

Everything ships in plain, unbranded bubble mailers with no mention of the contents on the outside. Vials are wrapped to protect them in transit.

Tracking

Use the Track Order page with your order ID and checkout email to see your order status. Carrier tracking is emailed once the parcel is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is damaged on arrival or has not moved for 10 business days, email contact@pepcovenant.com with your order ID and we will sort it out.
